How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within one to four business days after placing the order. Shipments can occur on weekends but will exclude holidays. If BLCKGTH is experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays of up to two to three additional business days. Additionally, due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as out of stock items, etc., customer will be notified of any delays or changes by email.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping time is set by our delivery partners, according to the delivery method chosen by you. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Additional details can be found in the order confirmation email you’ve received.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.
What’s your return policy?
We allow the return of all items within 14 days of your original order’s date. This return will be in the form of a store credit or an exchange. If you’re interested in returning your items, send us an email with your order number and we’ll ship a return label.
How do I make changes to an existing order?
Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.
What shipping options do you have?
For USA domestic orders, we offer standard shipping. Please note that BLCKGTH does not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Free shipping for all domestic orders over $50.00

Do you ship internationally?
Our third-party provider offers international standard shipping. For ease to our customers, we offer a flat shipping rate. Please refer to the table below for general shipping costs and estimated delivery times for each option.

BLCKGTH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Free shipping over $50.00 is not currently offered.
Damages
BLCKGTH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Do you sell gift cards?
No, at the moment, we do not offer gift cards in our store.
Can I receive a refund?
If you are unhappy with the product you’ve received, we offer store credit or an exchange of the product.
ABOUT BLCKGTH
BLCKGTH was just a dream in 2020, however, through serendipity and the blessings from a faerie godmother, the apparel line was founded in 2021. Curated from a Black Los Angeles perspective, the goal of BLCKGTH is to create an emo/goth/scene community that is inclusive of all races, creeds, genders and sizes.
